Perspective

One of my favorite bloggers, Dooce, is currently on a trip to Amsterdam for a blogging conference. She has been writing about it for the past few days and is even uploading pictures while over there. Seeing her excitement and sense of awe for this country/place really reminded me of how lucky I am to be living over here. It is not that I take it for granted. It is just that since I am still living an everyday life of grocery shoping, cleaning, etc. I can become immune to the fact that I am living in Europe. In it nice to be reminded of how lucky we are once in awhile.
