Chocolat

The Women's Club is great about organizing tours of places throughout Belgium, and I made sure to sign up for the chocolate tour they recently had. There are four big chocolate shops in Belgium -- Neuhaus, Wittamer, Godiva, and Marcolini. We got to tour the kitchen of Wittamer and talk to their chief stylist. It was so much fun to see how he works with the chocolate to create a variety of designs and colors. Click here to see my photos!
