Because I have started to have an interest in cooking, and I happened to come across this book, I decided to start at Cooking Club here in Belgium. I am normally pretty inclusive in most things I do, but for this one we have limited the number of members to six. So Yvette, Meghan, Maggie, Lisa, Kate and I have been meeting for the past few months and cooking around different themes. The first month was Asian, then comfort foods, then French. Next month we are cooking Mexican (but real Mexican, not just the Taco Bell kind). In July we are going to do only things that can be cooked on the grill (and we might even invite the boys too). We have a had a great time getting to know each other better and sharing a few cooking tips.

What a cool idea!! Love the idea of getting together with your girlfriends for a cooking session! Great pictures too! I'm going to have to check that book out!
